I love working my Amazing Grace Patterns!!! Sometimes I just want to whip one out in an hour or two…. The other evening I was so cold and had to go out in the snow, Then it hit me! I had some fabulous yarn in my stash that was Super Bulky, slightly shimmering and a lovely color. So, I decided to make an Amazing Grace Chunky Crochet Cowl!!
If you are new to my site, my Amazing Grace Free Pattern Series is dedicated to my lovely friend Sandy who passed away from Breast Cancer in 2007. So each pattern is made to comfort those suffering or recovering from Cancer or any hardship in life… The Amazing Grace Patterns are all made with the same simple stitch pattern throughout each pattern and are fun and easy to make!

This sounds and looks amazing I am in the middle of pulling apart a shawl I was making with super chunky yarn now I know what I’m making with it this is going to be a blast
I am using a different super bulky yarn. My cowl is quite tight with 33 stitches. Would like to add a few more to the beginning chain. What is the multiple for the pattern? Many thanks!
