The Autumn Sunset Afghan is a simple granny stitch afghan that is done in a rectangular shape. So easy and perfect for a beginner or a tv watching project. It is available here as a free crochet pattern or a paid PDF.
I used a really fun way to pick my colors and share this awesome idea below!!! The sport weight yarn I used made a lovely weight to this afghan along with the fun color-way!

Choosing your colors!!!
I recently came across a fun and unique way to help chose my yarn colors… Usually I head to the yarn store and am drawn to certain colors, but I wanted to start thinking outside of my usual box!
I found The Color Cube!!! It is a fun box of cards with color themes, Sarah uses some of here favorite photos to show us color schemes. Just pull one out, find matching yarn colors and you are set!

They Come in a fun colorful cube, 250 cards per box. I bought both volume 1 & 2!

Here was the card I chose and got pretty close with the color combination… Love the outcome!! Try it for yourself, Click here to check it out!
