Instructions:

**Tip ~ This week you will be doing the opposite end of the afghan ~ Almost exactly like last week, then up the side. Because it is the opposite end, the peaks and valleys are opposite of the other end… This will make the work a bit different in counts and the way you do the first row. Take your time with the first row of this end.. You are working in the beginning chain stitches, so it is slightly tricky. The peak and valley stitches my be a bit hard to identify. Just do your best if you don’t see the exact stitches and line up the peak and valley stitches… Once done with this initial row, the rest is a piece of cake.!!!

Continuing with Color F

Row 137: Ch 1, turn and work in the beginning chains of the project at the bottom edge of the afghan, 2 blsc in st, *blsc in next 9 sts, sk 2, blsc in next 9 sts, 3 blsc in next st*, repeat *to* 9 more times, blsc in next 9 sts, sk 2, blsc in next 9 sts, 2 blsc in last ch st. = 232 blsc

Row 138: Ch 1, turn, 2 blsc in st, *blsc in next 9 sts, sk 2, blsc in next 9 sts, 3 blsc in next st*, repeat *to* 9 more times, blsc in next 9 sts, sk 2, blsc in next 9 sts, 2 blsc in last st. = 232 blsc

Row 139: Ch 3, turn, bldc in same st, bldc in next 9 sts, sk 3(valley), *3 bldc in next st, ch 1, sk 3, 3 bldc in next st, ch 1, sk 2, bldc in next st, 3bldc in next st(peak), bldc in next st, ch 1, sk 2, 3 bldc in next st, ch 1, sk 3, 3 bldc in next st, sk 4*, repeat *to* 8 more times, 3 bldc in next st, ch 1, sk 3, 3 bldc in next st, ch 1, sk 2, bldc in next st, 3 bldc in next st, bldc in next st, ch 1, sk 2, 3 bldc in next st, ch 1, sk 3, 3 bldc in next st, sk 3, bldc in next 9 sts, 2 bldc in last st. = 192 bldc, 40 ch 1

Rows 140-141: Repeat row 138

Row 142: Ch 1, turn, 3 picot in st, *sc in next 9 sts, sk 2, sc in next 9 sts, 3 picot in next st*, repeat *to* 10 more times, ch 1, (working down side) sc 6 sts evenly down the last 6 rows just made(see pic below), sl st to the last st(color F) from row 136(this is where you turned and started row 137). = 12 3picot groups, 204 sc & 1-ch 1

Finish off

Working down the opposite side, Join color F at base of the 1st sc picot st of row 142. This will be the opposite side of where you just finished off

Row 143: Ch 1, sc 210 sts evenly down the side of rows to the bottom edge until you reach the last stitch of row 135(picot row) the 210th st will be in the side of the last row. *you are just doing 210 sc evenly down the opposite side from top to bottom*

Do not finish off
