Festival of Fall Afghan Crochet Along… Week 4!!!

Festival of Fall Afghan Crochet Along… Week 4!!!

Week 4 of our Festival of Fall Afghan CAL is putting us at 40% completion… Wow, it’s going fast! This CAL is so easy… Same square each week… Just different color combinations! If you are just joining in, this week puts us at 6 of the 15 squares completed… You have plenty of time to catch up!

All previous weeks can be found in the Crochet with Me tab at the top of the page along with all the other CAL’s I have designed.

See this weeks squares below!

Each week we will be changing the color order up just a bit to make this a fun, whimsical Fall Afghan. But, you can make yours any color scheme you would like.. Some people are doing this as a scrapghan which is a great idea too!!! You can join Beatrice Ryan Designs CAL Facebook Group to see all the other projects..

See below all 6 of my squares that are for the first 4 weeks….

Yarn:

Red Heart ~ I recommend 5 colors, but minimum of 2 to show off the textural stitching. I used both With Love (370 yds ea) and Super Saver (364 Yds ea)colors to get the color scheme I wanted:

  • A~ With Love in Boysenberry (2 skeins)
  • B~ Super Saver in Gold (3 skeins)
  • C~ Super Saver in Dark Orchid (3 skeins)
  • D~ Super Saver in Carrot (2 skeins)
  • E~ With Love in Spinach (2 skeins)

This week make 2 squares in this color scheme

  • Row 1 – B
  • Row 2 – C
  • Row 3 – D
  • Row 4 – E
  • Row 5 – A
  • Row 6 – B
  • Row 7 – C
  • Row 8 – D
  • Row 9 – E
  • Row 10 – A
  • Row 11 – B

Grab your yarn and hooks and get started on your blocks, since these squares were a previous pattern…  Click Here for the link to the pattern!

All weekly links will be updated in the Crochet with Me tab at the top of this page for future use.
